MONSTA - Messiah (Alvin Risk Remix)

The ever growing OWSLA family are about to commence a tour in North America starting October 26. One of their artists, Alvin Risk, a producer with a growing reputation for his remixing capabilities, has taken labelmate MONSTA’s “Messiah” track and turned it into a high-octane, bass filled banger. The OWSLA tour, which includes MONSTA and Alvin Risk, also sees the likes of Nick Thayer, Birdy Nam Nam, Jack Beats amongst others scale both coasts of the United States, Canada and a host of cities in between. Jack Beats - Careless EP (Ft. Diplo, Dillon Francis & More)

Scottish DJ duo, Niall Ferguson and comrade Ben Geffin, formally known as Jack Beats have released a 7-track EP titled Careless under the blooming young Skrillex-launched OWSLA label. The EP features a variety of collaborations including the likeness of fellow label kin and LA Moombah master Dillon Francis, British singer/rapper Example and Diplo of Major Lazer.

The EP surges with the Jack Beats hybrid style of electronic music as the artists blend a variety of dubstep bass lines (“Hooligans” & “End of Love”), moombah rhythms (“Epidemic” & ”War”) and electro synths (“Careless”).  The artists’ do a spectacular job of buttoning up each track with strong displays of crescendo and heavy-hitting transitions.
