FREE DOWNLOAD: Bassnectar 45-minute "Freestyle" Mixtape

If you are looking for something to get you over hump day, I have found it in the form of 45 minutes of slamming bass courtesy of Bassnectar. Yea you remember that guy, the one who made "Bass Head"? You've probably got a t-shirt that says just that. Anyway, he's back and in preparation for his "Freestyle" EP due out on October 16th, he has put together a mixtape that is choc full of unreleased original tracks and remixes. There is a little bit of everything going on, from Bassnectar's signature bass wobbles to trap and reggae. The only thing you won't find in this mixtape is a bad song.

DJ/Producer Joey Suki is yet another producer from the Netherlands, but don't get him mixed up with the rest. He's been developing his sound since 2007, and with the release of his new song "Dutchin'," it's clear that the young producer has massive talent. Datsik is giving away his free drumstep remix of his track Invaders which he produced with Excision. I’m proud to say that it features Datsik’s old-school wub wub wub sound, much like you’d hear in the days of No Escape and Retreat. Actually now that I think about it, Datsik never really embraced the brostep phenomenon, so saying this remix is a throwback doesn’t really makes sense… Whatever it’s late at night, just enjoy the track!

Birdy Nam Nam – Goin’ In (Skrillex Goin’ Hard Mix) is one of 3 sick remixes that one of our favorites bro's just dropped on UKF DnB today! So pretty sure he has this remix, then a "Skrillex fast Remix", and then another remix as well of this track (Skrillex TRAP Remix rip below as well). I'm really enjoying some of the Trap like undertones of this track, and I'm glad skrillex can drop something different so all you haters can stop saying "all his shit sounds the same". Sonny proving how he's a legit producer right here. Make sure you check out all our other Skrillex tracks while you're at it. This track drops on OWSLA on July 17th, but we've got a nice DL to tide you over til then (The DL seems to be a 319 kbps studio rip, but I don't have spek so correct me if I'm wrong - it's prob just a UKF rip). But shit, it works for now. Are you as stoked about this new banger as I am?
