There is just something about Miike Snow song that makes everyone want to do remixes of their songs. With that being said, Deniz Koyu managed to get his hands on “Pretender” and once again made a masterpiece out of an already amazing song. Other than the incredible vocals of Andrew Wyatt, Deniz Koyu extracts new themes and ideas from the original “Pretender” while adding his own electric feel in the form of chopped up vocals, a catchy melody in the chorus, and a bigger and slower house bass beat. Russian-born German-raised EDM DJ/songwriter/producer, Zedd, is gearing up to release his forthcoming EP, Spectrum, on July 31st via Interscope Records. The record features remixes of Zedd's massive single "Spectrum" (which became the top track on Soundcloud after only 5 hours, instantly hitting #1 on The Hype Machine) from some of the most important names in electronic and dance music, including Armin Van Buuren, A-Trak, Arty, Monsta and Deniz Koyu, and many more. So much time, so little to hear! Wait a minute. Strike that. Reverse it! With three festivals spread across the globe in this final weekend of July, it seems apparent that the summer season might be coming to a close! However, with that being said, the curtain definitely is not falling without a bang. Over in Poland, The Sunrise Festival brought the likes of Deniz Koyu, Gareth Emery, Michael Woods, the Bingo Players, Fedde Le Grand, and Chris Lake to a thumping mainstage. After hearing Chris Lake’s set from Ultra this past spring, I immediately grabbed his set from Poland and was not disappointed! Grab them all right here,
