After a crazy week of work and travel, I finally got to sit down and check out the vast amounts of music that have been flooding my Twitter and G-Mail accounts. Very quickly I came across a brand new track by Jeff Montalvo, aka Seven Lions, and I got hooked immediately. A self-described trance-dub producer, Seven Lions has burst onto the scene with a handful of huge remixes, most notably one of Florence and the Machine's "Cosmic Love" (which you can also find on his Soundcloud page). As for the track itself, the smooth trance progression in the beginning lulls you into a false sense of security until the glitchy dub kicks in catches you completely off guard.
